Because counseling is one of the most important investments you can make in your life it’s of utmost importance to find a clinician with an approach and personality that works well for you. That’s why I offer a free consultation: so that you can ask questions about my approach and get a sense for our potential to connect.

I am an in network provider for Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care and Optum. I can bill other insurance companies that offer out of network benefits. If you would like to see if your insurance will cover your sessions, my billing specialist can look into your specific benefits and coverage. My fees are set at 210$ per session. Interns charge $25 per session and cannot bill insurance.
